Meet us

We are Elizabeth and David, the team running EDAD studio out of the Historic Old Northeast neighborhood of Saint Petersburg, Florida.

Our mission is to provide exceptional architecture and design services. We strive to create comfortable, beautiful residential & commercial environments, utilizing traditional elements, effective space planning, and superior, sustainable products & materials.

We believe in a long-term relationship with all of our clients and our goal is to provide committed service. We pride ourselves on thoroughly understanding each of our clients’ needs and offering unique, creative design solutions particular to that project. Our strengths are our design capabilities, our commitment to quality, and service to our clients.

Elizabeth C. Hallock, Principal

Elizabeth brings her passion for quality design into every aspect of each project. Her hands-on approach for all projects undertaken by the firm insures consistency from the big idea to the smallest detail, from beginning to end.

Elizabeth has always been committed to the fields of architecture and interior design. After studying at Rhode Island School of Design, she continued that commitment at Cornell University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Wanting to offer clients a complete design package, she continued her education at University of Pennsylvania, where she received a Master of Architecture.

Prior to founding EDAD, Elizabeth gained experience with several notable firms including an Associate position at Peter Vincent and Associates in Honolulu, Hawaii where she led several large-scale residences for which she received multiple awards and publications.

Elizabeth is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the American Society of Interior Designers.

David M. Wishner, Design Manager

David’s love for all things design began with transportation. He studied Industrial Design at Detroit’s College for Creative Studies, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Wanting to understand more how design impacts the environment, he served as a U.S. Army construction engineer, and then continued his design education by earning a Master of Design Management from Pratt Institute.

Before partnering with Elizabeth at EDAD, David worked with various government agencies and private firms, including Lyon Associates of Honolulu, Hawaii where he headed the CAD department and coordinated with local developers.
